Based at Comrie Croft, our workshop provides factory-level suspension servicing and certified E-bike diagnostics. We support Fox, RockShox, Bosch, and Shimano systems, alongside precision repairs for road, gravel, and mountain bikes.

The essential

£60

The "Get me riding safely" service. Perfect for family bikes, pre-race check-overs, or bikes pulled out of the shed.

  • Comprehensive M-Check for safety, structural integrity, and component wear.

  • Gears indexed and brake callipers aligned (pad wear checked).

  • Chain checked for wear, wiped clean on-bike, and re-lubricated.

  • Tyres inspected for wear/damage and inflated to correct pressures. Quick check for major wheel buckles.

  • All bolts and pivots checked and torqued to manufacturer spec.

  • Excludes parts installation or deep cleaning

The annual

£120

The core service for regular riders. Restores crisp shifting and reliability after a season of use.

  • Everything in the ‘Essential Service’ plus:

  • Drivetrain (chain, cassette, mech) removed and deep-cleaned in the Rozone parts washer to strip away heavy grime, then re-lubricated. Bike frame washed down.

  • Wheels removed, checked for spoke tension, and trued in the jig.

  • Rotors cleaned and straightened.

  • Headset and bottom bracket inspected and externally re-greased.

  • Diagnostic report pulled and firmware updated.

  • Free fitting of standard wear-and-tear parts (brake pads, chain, cassette, cables).

The overhaul

The ultimate reset for high-mileage bikes, winter grinders, or rigorous trail use. Restores the bike to factory-fresh performance.

  • Everything in The Annual, plus:

  • Bike stripped to the bare frame. Frame cleaned, polished, and inspected for stress fractures or damage.

  • Drivetrain components put through the ultrasonic cleaner to remove microscopic grit, restoring factory efficiency.

  • Headset, bottom bracket, and wheel hubs stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, re-greased, and rebuilt (labour for bearing replacement included, parts extra).

  • Full linkage strip-down, clean, and re-grease. Labour included for pivot bearing extraction and replacement (parts extra).

  • Full hydraulic brake bleed and fluid replacement front and rear.

e-Bike Motor Overhauls & Repairs

Is your e-bike motor whining, grinding, or out of warranty? Don’t assume it needs replacing. We are a proud partner of the UK eBike Motor Centre, the industry leaders in motor rebuilds and bearing upgrades.

Instead of you dealing with boxing, shipping, and technical diagnostics, we handle the entire process from start to finish.

  • Bring your bike to our Comrie Croft workshop. We’ll run diagnostic checks to confirm the motor is the issue.

  • We safely drop the motor from your frame, securely package it, and handle the insured shipping to the specialist lab.

  • Your motor is completely stripped, ultrasonically cleaned, and rebuilt with premium, upgraded bearings and seals that often outlast factory originals. (Brose and Bosch Gen 4 upgrades also available).

  • Once returned to us, we professionally reinstall your motor, torque it to spec, update your firmware, and test-ride the bike.

  • Bosch, Brose, Yamaha, Giant, Mahle, Specialized, and Impulse.

    (Please note: Shimano motors are currently non-serviceable by the centre, but we can still assist with Shimano warranty replacements).

    • Motor Removal & Refit Labour: £60 (1 Hour)

    • Motor Overhaul/Repair: Quoted exactly at the eBike Motor Centre’s standard UK retail price (Prices typically range from £260 - £410 depending on your motor brand and generation).

      You pay no extra markups for the repair itself.

  • Need a specific fix rather than a full service package? We handle individual jobs including hydraulic brake bleeding, gear indexing, tubeless setups, component fitting, and minor diagnostics. Please contact us with your specific issue for an accurate quote and availability.

  • Hand-built wheels offer unmatched strength and reliability compared to factory machine-built options. We provide expert lacing, tensioning, and precise truing tailored exactly to your rider weight, discipline, and hub preferences. Labour starts at £120 per pair. Components are quoted separately following a consultation.

  • Protect your investment from rock strikes, trail debris, and uplift damage. We offer precision fitting of premium, custom-cut frame protection kits (such as InvisiFrame or RideWrap) for mountain, gravel, and e-bikes. Because a flawless installation requires a perfectly pristine surface, this service is best booked alongside a new custom build or one of our top tier service packages. Prices vary depending on the frame complexity; contact us for a bespoke quote.
